Michel Roux Jr visited The River Exe Cafe in Exmouth on Hidden Restaurants where Head chef Chris showcased the cafe’s range of seafood.
Michel says: “The café is built from 4 flatbed barges and a over grown shed but it offers unparalleled views of the estuary and an escape from the pressures of life on land.”
The eatery is open 7 days a week from April to September each year and has a kitchen that can serve over 200 people each day.
