Michel Roux Jr serves up gourmet meals in The Oast House Pop-up Restaurants located in Kent, on Channel 4’s Hidden Restaurants
Michel opened up the restaurant in a converted barn just a few miles from where he grew up in Kent. In his pop-up eatery, Michel serves up food inspired by cooks, chefs, extraordinary food and culinary tricks and tips he discovers as he journey across the country.
Michel says: “All across the country a food revolution is taking place. Maverick chefs are opening restaurants in bizarre and extraordinary places, disguised, off the beaten track, and sometimes just plain hidden from view. They’re using this new-found freedom to cook up some truly incredible food.”
I am wondering how do the customers pay for their meals when they sit at a table with strangers and share a meal. How do you work the pricing for each meal.
