Loaf is a social enterprise business set up to promote real food and healthy living in Birmingham. It was founded on one man’s dream ( Tom Baker ) to bake good breads and now he runs a baking school from his kitchen to teach others how to do the same.  However, Tom and his team now also run a very popular pop-up restaurant where tickets are sold as fast as the dates are announced.
